Our Core Values and Philosophy
Our practice was founded on some core values, which include friendship[cite: 100]. We were all friends, and we came together and became business partners and started this practice[cite: 101]. Compassionate Care for Anxious Patients
Roughly about 99% of the patients that come through the door are very anxious and fearful[cite: 105]. It's my job and my privilege to make sure I really do a good job connecting with them, making them feel comfortable, and just allowing them to trust me[cite: 106]. Whether it's me just sitting there holding their hands, it makes them a lot more at ease with what needs to be done[cite: 107]. The treatment sometimes is really not as big of a negative aspect as they once thought it was after I speak to them[cite: 108].
Customized Consultations and Advanced Technology
Every patient that comes into our office, we understand that they're all a little bit different from each other[cite: 109]. What may work for one person doesn't necessarily work for another[cite: 110]. Here, every consultation is with the surgeon who is going to be performing the procedure[cite: 111].
